What are your shipping charges?
No charges. All orders are shipped FREE with no minimums.

How long after I place my order do you ship it?
99% of our orders go out the same business day or within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.

What is your normal delivery time?
Usually 1-3 business days, anywhere in the United States.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not see this email please check your spam folder, as it may have been blocked.

Who will deliver my order to me?
Shipping methods depend on the size and weight of your order. We use FedEx Ground. The tracking information will be sent to you.

What other forms of payment do you accept other than credit cards?We accept debit cards and money orders. Please contact us so we can make arrangements for your order by phone at 1-877-980-7467.

What is your return policy?
Initially we ask that you please choose your items carefully as we make a 20% donation on your order. You can return any product within 30 days of the original purchase date for a replacement, but not a refund. Please contact us at 1-877-980-7467 for a RMA#. We will not accept a package without an RMA#. Products must be in exact condition that you received them.

Will a remanufactured or compatible product work as well as the OEM product?
Each cartridge is designed and manufactured to meet or exceed OEM product specifications for yield*, output quality, and overall performance. The only difference you should notice between our products and the OEM products is the savings you receive.

*Yield information is an estimation based on a 5% page coverage. Actual yield may vary based upon machine, paper type, humidity and actual prints. Do not be surprised to find that our cartridges are often filled with at least twice the amount of ink as the OEM products.

Do cartridges and toners use new drums, blades, chips and other components?
Whenever possible utilizes new components, including drums, blades, chips and rollers. This helps us to ensure the highest level of quality and performance.

How do you control your product quality?

All our manufacturing facilities follow stringent quality control standards to ensure high performance and low defect rate. Our production facilities for compatible and remanufactured laser cartridges are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. Each cartridge is individually tested before they are packaged and shipped. In addition, we will randomly sample cartridges from every completed batch and run full print quality and yield test to ensure consistency.

Does remanufactured ink void my printer warranty?
No it does not. You are protected by the Magnusson Moss Warranty Act. United States Code Annotated - Title 15 Commerce and Trade - Chapter 50 Consumer Product Warranties Section 2302, which says:

No warrantor of a consumer product may condition his written implied warranty on the consumer's using, in connection with such product, any article or service (other than article or service provided without charge under the terms of the warranty) which is identified by brand, trade or corporate name; except that the prohibition of this subsection may be waived by the commission if:

1. The warrantor satisfies the Commission that the warranted product will function properly only if the article or service so identified is used in connection with the warranted product, and

2. The commission finds that such a waiver is in the public interest.

It is illegal for the OEM printer manufacturers (HP, Brother, etc.) to discriminate against your use of 3rd party Ink & Toner cartridges. As a consumer you have the right to your choice when it comes to Ink & Toner for your printer. Read on.
